In this role, you will be responsible for managing the back-office team in Zagreb and Ljubljana and contributing to the achievement of profit, sales and quality targets.

Your main tasks will be
- Responsibility for team (7 people)
- Assessing team skills and defining individual development plans
- Working with and leading projects
- Coordination role for internal activities
- Developing customer service, supervisory support and back-office activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Customer Service, People and Client Management.
- Croatian native, Fluent Slovenian & high-level English language proficiency is mandatory
- Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS-Office).
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM (ideally Salesforce) would be an asset
- Ability to multitask with flexible attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of technical reports, talent and taste for numbers
- Affinity or experience in sales or the sales process
- Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills and customer orientation
- Good analytical skills, interdisciplinary approach
- Self-motivated and reliable
