Major Area of Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage product offering development short/long term plan, contribute to the business goal.
- Create and maintain and up-to-date understanding of KONE product offering needs and prioritize
Maintain complete picture of competitor related offering in China (including technical features), understand strengths and weaknesses vs KONE offering. Document and communicate this clearly, at different levels of detail
Closely follow regular product performance (volume, margin, etc.) and draw conclusions from it
Define and delegate value-adding analyses on product performance to draw conclusions on improvement needs and drive design
Maintain up-to-date and quantified priority list for KONE offering improvements (based on understanding of competitors, suppliers, and branch & market needs), and based on this, propose concrete actions to improve KONE offering
- Manages implementation, ramp-up and ramp-downs products and releases, Manages the local product offering and roadmap.
- Based on understanding of KONE and competitor products, compile short, clear, and compelling sales argumentation for sales
- Supports NBS sales in defining, specifying and communicating KONE selling points and advantages
- NBS product release deployment and training to FL sales
- Analyses product offering volume, hit ratio, ramp up and pricing data

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business management
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Above 5 years working experience in product marketing or business development relevant
- People and project management skills
- Strong data analysis with logical and systematic way
- Effective negotiation, people influence and networking skills
- Excellent planning and problem solving skills
- Honest, diligent, conscientious and self-motivated
