岗位职责:
客户开发与维护职能
- 深入调研目标客户,制定战略客户开发行动计划,定期向公司汇报客户开发进度
- 识别、评估新客户开发过程中的机会、风险,并采取有效措施推动开发计划的顺利进行
- 寻求及整合各项资源,包括引入新的代销商,以有效推进新客户开发进程
- 负责推进客户与通力多部门多级别负责人关系的拓展加深,并针对重点定期维护;
- 提升客户对公司品牌、产品、服务等全方面的认知,以期对客户的采购决策形成有利影响
销售及管理职能:
- 针对竞争态势、客户需求,制定有效的竞争方案与投标策略
- 框架协议的投标、签署及维护
- 完成新梯订单台量和利润指标
- 获取客户拿地信息并分享给分公司及定期跟进
- 指导分公司根据战略框架协议选型,并对销售进程进行监督与跟进
- 跟踪在合作项目进展,协调公司内部资源,确保项目各环节工作顺利进行
- 收集并总结合作经验,定期评估双方合作关系,并推动相关部门制定改善方案,跟踪执行
岗位要求:
1. 对销售职业挚爱,充满进取心
2. 有建筑行业、房地产行业、大型设备等三年销售工作经验
3. 有良好的学习能力、和团队协作力;以及以客户为中心的服务理念。
4. 本科或本科以上学历;
5. 熟练使用办公软件。
