• Do you have 5+ years of experience in Marketing and hold a degree in Marketing or a related field?

As our Marketing Specialist , in addition to driving customer engagement and content creation, you will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that deliver profitable growth for KONE’s solutions and services. This includes planning and launching campaigns across both traditional and digital channels—such as brochures, flyers, email marketing, signage, and Google Ads—to generate demand and capture leads.

In this role, you’ll also help coordinate and support key marketing events such as trade shows, customer visits, and sponsorships, managing logistics and execution to ensure successful outcomes.

You will be responsible for monitoring and measuring campaign performance , making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement, and conducting market research to better understand trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

Your hands-on approach, creativity, and customer-centric mindset will be key to driving value and helping the team reach growth targets.

What do you need to be successful?

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or Graphic Design
• English proficiency - A MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of previous experience as a Content Creator creating strong and engaging content
• Experience developing and managing social media campaigns across channels such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
• Proven experience in traditional marketing channels, including print media such as magazines, banners, notices, and advertisements
• Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign - A MUST HAVE
• Experience of video production, including filming, editing (preferably using Final Cut Pro X and After effects or similar) – A MUST HAVE
• Proficiency in a Content Management System (CMS) like Tridion
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics and experience with marketing campaigns on social media
• Experience in organizing events and coordinating with vendors to ensure the successful execution of each event, including the development and implementation of the required visual branding for each occasion
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies
• Excellent communication and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, members and suppliers
• Good written and oral communication skills in English/ Spanish
• Good proof-reading skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling messages for both print and digital audiences and a keen eye for detail
