Why this role?
KONE Luxembourg is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Maintenance & Modernization business in the Foetz region. Your main mission will be to build customer loyalty, maximize revenue, and grow our customer base, with the goal of positioning KONE as a leading force in the industry.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of customers in the elevator and escalator maintenance and modernization sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and propose tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with technical and support teams to ensure optimal customer service.
- Actively participate in networking events to strengthen KONE’s visibility and build strategic relationships in the region.
- Monitor performance indicators and provide regular reporting.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in account management or technical service sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong service mindset with the ability to build trust, value, and customer loyalty .
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach.
- Comfortable with digital and smart building solutions.
- Passionate about networking and building long-term professional relationships.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English ; German and/or Luxembourgish are a strong plus .
