Account Manager – Service & Modernization (M/F/X) – Foetz, Luxembourg

Why this role?

KONE Luxembourg is looking for a dynamic  Account Manager  to manage the day-to-day operations of our  Maintenance & Modernization  business in the  Foetz  region. Your main mission will be to build customer loyalty, maximize revenue, and grow our customer base, with the goal of positioning KONE as a leading force in the industry.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customers in the elevator and escalator maintenance and modernization sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and propose tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and support teams to ensure optimal customer service.
  • Actively participate in  networking  events to strengthen KONE’s visibility and build strategic relationships in the region.
  • Monitor performance indicators and provide regular reporting.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in account management or technical service sales, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong  service mindset  with the ability to build  trust, value, and customer loyalty .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach.
  • Comfortable with digital and smart building solutions.
  • Passionate about  networking  and building long-term professional relationships.
  • Languages: Fluent in  French and English German and/or Luxembourgish  are a  strong plus .
