岗位职责 :
通过多元化渠道拓展及代理商体系建设，推动家用电梯业务增量，提升品牌市场占有率；
根据业务和整体市场需求，制定家用电梯渠道和门店管理及激励政策；
支持区域赋能渠道代理商，组织各类培训，宣贯，交流分享会等活；
定期拜访代理商，优化合作模式，解决代理商诉求，提高代理商积极性；
指引区域分公司开发新渠道代理商，积极开拓新类型代理商，尝试新合作；
拓展和丰富合作渠道，包括异业渠道或联合渠道，拓宽新合作可能行，带来新的增长点；
岗位要求：
具备10年以上家用电梯或者家电/家居建材等泛家居或消费类产品渠道开发和管理经验，渠道管理经验丰富者可以是5年以上；
熟悉门店运营和推广模式，有成功拓展或运维50家门店以上经验优先；
熟悉数字营销及异业合作模式，有相关成功经验者优先；
具有出色的商务谈判与跨部门协作能力；
具有丰富的线上线下活动组织经验；
积极有责任心，有目标导向意识和韧劲；
良好的沟通技巧和团队精神
