As our next Manufacturing Solutions Manager , you will select, lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of professional Industrial Engineers and technical and administrative support staff to ensure that Industrial engineering operations are completed on-time, within budget, and as per the set goals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage, plan, design and execute policies and methods for the organization's industrial engineering operation and strategy.
• Ensure implementation of projects for expanding and/or modifying the production lines.
• Study the characteristics of all possible equipment available and suggest acquiring the most appropriate equipment for carrying out the operations.
• Allocate the project work to the most advisable contractors.
• Lead a team of Industrial Engineers and technical and administrative support staff to ensure that industrial engineering operations are completed on-time, within budget, and as per the set goals.
• Typically reports to Production Manager/Supervisor
• Maintain strong connections with other colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
- Engineering completed in processes, automation, continuous improvement, industrial or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced MS Excel -skills
- Green or Black Belt Certification
- Advanced in both written and verbal English
- Advanced experience in leading and developing teams of people
- Extensive experience in return on investment analysis projects
