Our team sets the path for KONE’s long-term success. We’re responsible for identifying our company-wide strategic priorities and bringing the strategy to life through cross-functional transformations.
Organized into four teams, we collaborate closely with other teams globally within KONE to improve our competitiveness:
- The Strategy and Market Intelligence team develops KONE strategy and continuously tracks markets and the external environment.
- The Mergers & Acquisitions team manages strategic and bolt-on mergers and acquisitions to support our strategic ambition.
- The Transformation team drives short-to-mid term strategic company-wide transformations and elevates pricing capabilities.
- The Data and Processes team is responsible for laying the foundation to digitalization and helps make KONE the easiest to work for and work with.
We are a diverse team of talented professionals, based primarily at KONE’s Headquarters in Finland.
