Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Sales

You will be responsible for:

  • Identify and explore modernization opportunities.
  • Develop good relationship with key decision makers and influencers including Owner, Architect, Consultant and Property Management Company.
  • Formulate individual sales plans, manage sales funnel, participate in pricing negotiation & offering to drive profitability.
  • Prepare the modernization proposal / tender with solutions catering customer’s need and close the deal with the customer.
  • Gather relevant information from the market in formulating sales strategy.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordination with project team to enable that we deliver to our promise.
  • Lead & coach junior team members for the results and report to Senior Manager, Sales.

We expect you to have:

  • Master/ bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, building services or other relevant disciplines.
  • At least 5-8 years sales experience in relevant industry, preferably in E&M / construction / service industries, experience in lift & escalator industry is a definite advantage.
  • Well-versed for the tender process, negotiation and closing deals.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and proficiency in effective communication, interpersonal skills as well as pricing negotiation.
  • Good team player
  • Proven sales success records in technical sales
  • Fluent written & spoken Cantonese, Putonghua, and English
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage.
  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Executive, Sales
