As our  Material Management Team Leader  you will be responsible for:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee the accuracy of material master data, stock levels, and coordinate regular cycle counts.
  • Process Optimization: Lead cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects to streamline material flow.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure the timely delivery of materials to technicians by coordinating with the logistics team for on-site deliveries, both locally and across district locations, and manage the return of unused or excess materials.
  • Improve warehouse workflows: Redesign layout configurations to maximize storage density and accelerate order fulfillment times.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Material Management Coordinator, Warehouse Coordinator, Spare Parts Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Proven experience leading teams within warehouse or material management operations.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, shipping, 5S, and material handling best practices, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills utilizing tools like Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards, and data analysis), Power BI experience is highly desirable.
  • Intermediate English proficiency
