Drive impact through performance, reward and people strategy

We are seeking an experienced Performance & Reward Manager to lead and shape our total rewards and performance management practices across Australia and New Zealand (KANZ). This is a key role within our People & Communications (P&C) function, partnering closely with business leaders, Finance and global teams to drive engagement, performance and business outcomes.

You will play a critical role in delivering a competitive, fair and forward-looking reward framework while fostering a high-performance culture.

What you’ll be doing

Performance & Reward Strategy

  • Develop and implement reward strategies aligned with global principles and local business needs

  • Design competitive and performance-driven compensation and benefits frameworks

  • Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across Performance & Reward

  • Ensure governance, compliance and alignment with regulatory requirements

Performance Management

  • Lead the delivery of the performance management cycle

  • Drive a culture of high performance and continuous feedback

  • Support leaders in strengthening performance differentiation and capability

  • Enhance frameworks, policies and tools to improve effectiveness

Compensation & Incentives

  • Lead annual compensation cycles (benchmarking, salary reviews, bonus planning)

  • Manage salary structures, job architecture, and pay equity

  • Design and govern incentive & sales compensation programs

  • Provide expert advisory on pay decisions, offers and internal equity

  • Ensure reward investments are optimized through insights and analytics

Benefits & Wellbeing

  • Design and manage employee benefits, wellbeing and retirement programs

  • Oversee vendor relationships and benefits platforms

  • Drive strong communication and employee engagement with benefits offerings

Cost, Data & Governance

  • Partner with Finance on workforce cost planning and forecasting

  • Monitor reward spends and provide actionable insights

  • Use analytics to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making

  • Ensure robust governance, compliance and reporting across all programs

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert for Performance & Reward

  • Partner with senior leaders to influence and guide decision-making

  • Lead communication and change management for key initiatives

What you bring

  • Extensive experience (8–12 years) in Performance & Reward / Total Rewards , ideally in a multinational environment

  • Strong expertise in compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, incentive design and performance management

  • Proven experience managing sales compensation frameworks (5+ years)

  • Solid understanding of reward practices and regulations across Australia & New Zealand

  • Advanced analytical capability with experience in HRIS (e.g. Workday), Excel and Power BI

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders

  • Experience in global, matrixed environments and delivering transformation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related discipline

  • Fluent English communication skills
