We are looking for a Travel Accountant for Mexico City .
As our Travel Accountant you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of employee travel and expense transactions in accordance with company policies and Mexican regulatory requirements. This role supports financial integrity by managing expense accounting, reconciliation, and reporting, while providing reliable customer service and financial guidance to employees and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate across Finance, Tax, HR, Payroll, and Shared Services teams.
What do you need to be sucessful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in Travel & Expense (T&E) accounting.
- Proven experience processing high‑volume expense reports for large employee populations.
- Hands‑on experience with month‑end close activities, reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
- Excel savvy (pivot tables, graphics)
- Experience working with SAP (FI/CO preferred)
- Intermediate English level
- Experience supporting audits and working with tax or compliance teams is a plus.
