- Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Elevator BIM solutions in alignment with business and digital engineering goals.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and value-driven delivery.
- Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and BIM specialists to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Lead the development and enhancement of BIM models, configurations, and digital assets for elevator systems.
- Ensure integration of BIM solutions with enterprise tools such as CAD, PLM, and configuration platforms.
- Provide functional guidance to development teams and support decision-making on complex product and modeling topics.
- Drive validation, testing strategies, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of BIM outputs.
- Support global teams (e.g., Vendors and regional engineering & FL teams) in issue resolution, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, standardization, and automation within BIM workflows.
- Monitor product KPIs, gather user feedback, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, governance, and organizational best practices.
