1.Purpose

Develop and execute strategic pricing frameworks to maximize revenue, profit margins, and market competitiveness while aligning with business goals.
2.Responsibilities and key activities
- Develop data-driven pricing analysis platform and intelligence by collecting market price trends
- Develop pricing strategy and DoA model for pricing excellence, include costing, pricing logic and predicted full chain profit
- Develop pricing strategy for different market/customer/segment (+sweet and paint points).
- Pricing evaluation process, validating pricing strategy/model/DoA implement business impact
- Monitor pricing performance, conduct variance analysis, and adjust strategies to address market changes or performance gaps.
- Present pricing recommendations and business cases to senior leadership for approval.
- Establish pricing policies, guidelines, and tools to ensure consistency across channels and regions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to align pricing with go-to-market plans and inventory levels.
- Build up BI tool for pricing analysis to support business decision.

4.Competence requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5+ years of pricing experience (e.g., pricing strategy, revenue management, market analysis) in a relevant industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools) and pricing software.
