We’re looking for a  Field Trainer  to join our Service Operations Training team in Brisbane, QLD . This person will deliver high‑quality training, support frontline teams, and ensure consistent operational excellence.

What will you be doing?

  • Train and coach field operatives in the training centre and/or on site.

  • Maintain strong connections with other trainers within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends.

  • Analyse performance to plan, recommend and implement corrective actions.

  • Support and actively participate in new employee induction, site inspections and audits.

  • Include local requirements in global instructions and training content to match the local needs.

  • Support competence development surveys, assessments and other ways to find out the competence development needs.

  • Participate in the incident or severe near miss investigations together with the Safety Manager.

  • Build rapport with operatives and stakeholders to become a trusted advisor.

What are we looking for?

  • A passion for learning and helping others grow and achieve their goals.

  • Experience working within the lift and escalator industry.

  • Electrical license required.

  • Comfortable and confident delivering training in person or virtually.

  • Highly organised, resilient and ability to work under pressure whilst managing multiple demands.

  • Stakeholder management – excellent communicator and influencer.

  • Good computer skills.
