You will be responsible for:
- Planning and preparing correspondences for elevator and escalator modernization / replacement
- Preparing technical & project documentation and submission
- Procurement of materials and coordinating with suppliers and factory for the product specification
- Supervising and monitoring installation progress
- Monitoring and ensuring safety, quality, environmental procedures in accordance with policy
- Attending site meeting and coordinating with customers
We expect you to have:
- Degree holder in engineering, building service or other relevant discipline
- Solid working experience in the elevator and escalator industry, experience in managing modernization project is highly preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Fluency in spoken & written Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is an advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer, Project
