Why this role?

We’re looking for an experienced Major Projects (MP) Service Operations Manager to lead the service performance and lifecycle care of our MP portfolio across the region. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for service excellence, technical performance, customer satisfaction, and overall P&L outcomes for MP Service.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead end-to-end operations for MP Service, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Own service KPIs and SLAs, including availability, callout performance, entrapments, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary relationship owner for MP service customers together with Key Account Managers.
  • Provide strong technical support and guidance for complex troubleshooting across elevators, escalators, HiRi, and digital solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service methods, maintainability, safety, and reliability.
  • Manage spare parts planning and availability for MP sites.
  • Strengthen project-to-service handover quality in partnership with Installation, Quality, and Technical teams.
  • Develop technical and operational competencies within the regional MP service teams.
  • Support service tendering with insights on maintainability, lifecycle care, and reliability engineering.
  • Own MP Service P&L, driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and digital execution excellence.

Are you the one?

  • Strong background in service operations, preferably in elevators, escalators, or similar technical industries.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and customer portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of service processes, reliability engineering, and lifecycle asset management.
  • Excellent communication, customer management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver results in fast-paced, complex environments.
