1)负责跟踪并推进区域内MOD战略大客户的框架协议,重点是物业类战略客户的开发。
2)能够运用销售系统管理工具和相关财务报表等管理工具,定期回顾分公司销售目标,并进行针对性行动计划的制定、落实、推进和跟踪。
3)与区域内部维修保养团队充分合作,推动公司品牌电梯的潜在更新改造销售机会;
4)完善当地旧楼和旧梯市场信息收集工作,收集竞争对手情况,及时反馈到总部,推进总部产品和政策优化;
5)对更新改造业务的的销售谈判提供足够、必要的支持。
6)推进区域内改造新产品、Commercial 项目以及改造包的销售;
7)审阅更新改造合同,评估并确保更新改造合同的各条款能够被满足,最大限度地降低所辖区域营运风险;
8)根据业务合同的相关条款,协助分公司协调、跟踪排产、发运、完工与收款。
