About the Role:
We are looking for a Principal Platform Architect to provide end‑to‑end architectural and security leadership for our Digital Workplace platform. This role owns the holistic architecture of the employee digital workplace — ensuring it is secure, scalable, cost‑effective, and future‑ready, while enabling multiple teams (M365, Entra/AD, Endpoint Management, VDI, Security etc) to operate as a coherent platform rather than silos.
The ideal candidate combines deep hands‑on expertise in Microsoft 365, Endpoint management and endpoint security with strong architectural judgment and the ability to guide teams through complex technical and security trade‑offs.
As a key member of our architecture leadership, you will shape the long‑term platform vision, architect future‑proof solutions, and set the benchmark for scalability, security, and reliability. You will play a pivotal role in translating enterprise strategy into actionable platform roadmaps, ensuring our digital foundations can evolve with business growth and emerging technologies.
Working closely with Platform Owners, IT Area Heads, Cybersecurity, and senior stakeholders, you will act as a trusted architect and advisor in driving adoption, aligning teams around shared standards, and continuously raising the bar on engineering excellence and operational maturity

-
Partner with procurement and platform owners on license optimization strategies.
-
Technical Leadership & Hands‑On Guidance : Act as a hands‑on principal, able to go deep into configurations, security models, and platform details when needed.
-
Lead architectural design reviews and challenge weak or siloed solutions constructively.
-
Mentor senior engineers and architects, raising the overall architectural maturity of the Digital Workplace organization.
-
Serve as a trusted advisor to platform owners, security teams, and leadership.
-
Define and evolve the platform’s technical roadmap aligned with business goals and architectural principles
