As our Associate Sales Representative, Spares, you will support the sales team by managing daily email communications, cross-referencing materials to accurately identify client needs, creating quotations, and ensuring timely submission to customers. This role plays a crucial part in facilitating smooth customer interactions, ensuring accuracy in proposals, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales process  

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate via email, interpret requests, cross reference parts, create quotations.  

  • Review and respond to shared voicemail box messages daily.  

  • Review and respond to quotations submitted to shared mailbox and escalate to the appropriate sales representative where needed.  

  • Review various job folder listing tickets (including bill of materials) to identify spare parts.  

You will bring 1+ year(s) of relevant sales expertise to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred.  

Additional Requirements: 

  • SAP experience highly desirable.  

  • Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft products.  

  • Strong interpersonal communication and team building skills.  

  • Strong organizational skills, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Annual Base Pay Range: 

The hiring range for this role is $62,700 – $82,320.  The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.    

Variable Compensation:

 KONE Sales Incentive based on achievements of sales targets.
