We are currently looking for an  Area Service Manager (Doors)  to lead a team of maintenance professionals, who provide on-site customer service, and to plan and manage the field service operations including modernisation and new door installations in the area. This particular vacancy is going to cover  Midlands, South and West Yorkshire.  

Area Service Manager  position is an exciting opportunity for anyone in or outside of the Doors industry - this individual will need to have excellent communication skills, people management and P&L experience and will be managing our commercial clients with a high level of professionalism and dedication.  

Key Responsibilities – Area Service Manager  

  • Maintain the safety of employees and end-users as a top priority 

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through service quality and clear, effective communication 

  • Take ownership of equipment performance and customer retention within the area 

  • Manage and resolve customer service quality issues efficiently 

  • Oversee service operations, ensuring delivery against operational KPIs 

  • Ensure timely resolution of callouts, responding promptly to equipment stoppages and safety concerns 

  • Drive financial performance, including repair sales, variable costs, and margins 

  • Support business growth through modernisation projects and new door installations
