Why this role?

KONE SEA is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking MOD Marketing & Business Analyst to join our Modernization Business Sales team .

This role drives market coverage and leads generation activities and the deploy of KONE pricing models to drive pricing excellence and profitability. S/he works in close collaboration with Areas, Countries, and global functions (e.g. offering and release management teams, global BL teams and other key global development teams).

What will you be doing?

  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and/or hit rate through pricing lever and contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals.

  • Support KONE pricing process and pricing related tools development and act as key user to manage the price lists and discounts. And implement pricing and costing changes in system along with country key users.

  • Discover, explore, and prepare data for pricing analysis and decision making.

  • Analyze Southeast Asia market, competition, business performance, trends, product coverage and drivers using quantitative and qualitative data. Collaborate with stakeholders across business lines, functions, and regions to gather inputs and validate assumptions.

  • Synthesize findings into clear conclusions, implications, and recommendations.

  • Prepare concise, high‑quality materials to support management and stakeholder discussions.

  • Support sales managers to drive MOD marketing campaigns to increase market coverage and leads generation, together with marketing business partner and country sales specialists.

  • Be the trainer for sales tools and databases (e.g. CRM, KTOC, OPAT, Qlicksense) and ensure consistent and accurate data quality

  • Track progress, outcomes, and key metrics to support accountability and learning.

  • Drive active co-operation with other Area and global teams to implement new initiatives, tools, processes, and market study. 

Are you the one?

  • Understanding of the built environment and customers in Southeast Asia

  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work with large volumes of data in various formats using Power BI or AI

  • Ability to simplify and translate data into actionable insights, clear conclusions, and recommendations for senior executives

  • Good knowledge of key sales enablement tools (Salesforce.com) and Qlik Sense analytics development

  • Independent and proactive in following up with countries to ensure timely implementation

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, accurate reporting, quick responsiveness, and ability to work independently with country teams

  • Suitable university-level degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales management, or other relevant roles

  • Excellent English language skills
